Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. This processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

International Orders: approximately 9–18 business days, depending on the destination country
These timeframes include transit time only and do not include processing time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times may vary significantly depending on location and customs procedures.
